Design Concept
A single-storey civic pavilion whose envelope is a continuous, 3D-printed undulating wall — its soft vertical ripples cast shifting light and shadow while filtering the Damascus sun. The wave motif carries inside to curved waiting halls lit through arched glazing, replacing the opacity of conventional municipal architecture with a calm, daylit civic room. Open colonnades and clear wayfinding restore dignity to public service.
